The candidate should be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.In addition, the ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency for leveraging AI assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents) to improve efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines.
